DST photos, Great Set w/ Tauk Last Night

So we made it down to Norwich, CT last night for an opening set along with NYC's fast-rising TAUK. They are good dudes and great players, keep an eye out. We'd like to thank Strange Brew and everyone who made it out last night, it was a fun set at a very well-run venue. We'll be back soon, no doubt.

Also wanted to pass along some shots of our performance at the Davis Square Theatre with Bent Knee last month. These are retouched stills taken from the video we shot of our "Prance" (Dillinger Escape Plan) cover. We're starting the long process of editing this footage this month so keep an eye out for that as well. The energy and intensity in the room is palpable in the video and I think it comes through in some of these photos. You can see the rest of the album here.

Strange Brew with Tauk this Saturday

First off a hearty thanks to all those that came out for the final Secret Sessions at Church last night. At almost three years this long-running series has been a major success and a great asset to the local music community. Can't wait to see what Benny cooks up at his new home in Allston later this fall.

We've got one more show this Saturday night before taking another break. Come see us with the fast-rising TAUK at Strange Brew in Norwich, CT. We had a great time with these dudes up at the Stone Church this past winter, can't wait to see them play again. See you on the trail.

Next Up: Secret Sessions at Church

Hey everyone - to all those who threw down with us at Fury's in Dover last night, much thanks. Wow, what a great audience, as Mr. Valmer would say. Pioneer Surgery played an awesome set, sad to say those guys are gonna be parting ways soon but they're all great players.

Tuesday night we'll be hitting our old haunt Church of Boston for a set with NOLA's Yugen. These guys are making their first East Coast trip so be sure to get there early to check them out. We'll be hitting at 11 with our new drummer Jamie Howell, workin' on some new stuff and some old classics.
